As a Supply Chain Collaboration Pre-Sales Consultant, you will support the commercial team to promote digital processes in the market using our apps and integration services. Our goal is to realize working solutions that deliver tangible value to the customer within three months.

Our customers are international players with multiple factories in various countries and hundreds to thousands of B2B customers and suppliers. They collaborate on our platform and apps for purchasing, transportation, inventory, invoicing, quality, and more. Individual projects have short lead times. The journey to digital transformation can sometimes take years, depending on the scope and ambition. Role overview

As a Presales Consultant, you will be the bridge between our sales team, product experts, and potential customers. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, showcasing how our solutions add value, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to implementation. 

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify customer opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to analyze business requirements and supply chain challenges.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept.
  • Translate complex supply chain processes into compelling solution designs.
  • Support proposal creation, including solution architecture and value propositions.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels (from operational users to senior executives).
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout the presales cycle.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or supply chain management roles.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, planning, order management, etc.).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, and customer-focused environment.
  • Technical affinity – comfortable working with enterprise software, integrations, and digital platforms.
  • Fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus).

Quyntess offers excellent primary and secondary compensation packages tailored to your skills and experience. The fixed salary package is estimated at EUR 80,000-100,000, plus various benefits.
