On Day 1 of the Marcus P2P Process Owners Strategy Workshop we co-presented a case study together with one of our international clients, Dantrade (a Danone Subsidiary), on succeeding global on-boarding of suppliers. In our session at the Marcus event we talked about shared services, challenges of global on-boarding of suppliers and dealing with contradictions.

P2P Process Owners Strategy Workshop
This workshop stream served as a platform for benchmarking best practices and successful approaches to resolving key P2P goals and obstacles that are on the way to those goals. Attendees of this premier Marcus Evans conference were able to share experiences on their journey towards Straight Through Processing & Zero-Touch P2P, success stories on global on-boarding of suppliers, best practices on supply chain financing programmes and achieve greater degree of P2P automation.
