Digital Transformation Executive Workshop in Eindhoven

We welcome industry leaders working in supply chain management, procurement and logistics like yourself. Quyntess invites you in the Philips stadium (Eindhoven, NL) to participate in an executive workshop. We’ve reserved the best spot for you!

eindhoven

The topic of the workshop is Digital Transformation and how to unlock the full potential without reinventing the entire supply chain. Agility, adapting to change and new business models based on sharing information are becoming more important than cost savings and lead time reductions. For many executives, business agility is a key priority for 2018 & 2019. Supply chain and procurement are two particular areas that can have a tremendous impact on overall agility. Digitizing processes, connecting buyers and suppliers, improving collaboration and much more.

The workshop is designed around:
1. Translating Digital Transformation into value for the CFO
2. Defining value of a digital supply chain for the CIO / CDO as tangible qualitative benchmarks and improvements.

The Digital Transformation Agenda

Workshop #1: Visualize your digital transformation challenges
This interactive session is designed to provide a framework to SCM professionals how to visualize their current digital transformation business challenges, receive instant feedback from peers and learn how other businesses deal with similar issues.

Workshop #2: Prioritized Solutions Overview
The moderators highlight a few of the most mentioned solutions from our 2017 workshops based on most common challenges visualized in the first workshop. Feedback from participants on mentioned solutions and how they create value (interactive discussion).

Workshop #3: Build value by linking your challenges to solutions
In this interactive session, each group selects their top challenges and links solutions to them and quantifies the value drivers. This helps everyone to understand which solution tackles multiple pains and how it contributes to value creation.

Workshop #4: Serious Game "Build a winning coalition with your stakeholders"
How to build enough value to convince your stakeholders using an 'internal project charter'. Build the strongest case and convince the virtual board of directors in which you take roles of COO, CPO, CDO, and CFO.

The benefit of the Digital Transformation Leaders group is that members make the difference with their experience. The interactive break-out sessions in small groups are always the most valued sessions when we request for feedback. This event is ideal for senior leaders in the procurement, logistics and supply chain field.
