BE Workshop: Unlock full potential of digital transformation without reinventing your entire Supply Chain
Expert SCM Workshop on June, 9th in Brussel
On Thursday June, 9nd Quyntess invites you in Brussels to participate in an afternoon workshop. We welcome practitioners working in supply chain management, procurement and logistics like yourself. This expert workshop is designed around hands-on sessions in small groups with professional peers from other companies to stimulate cross fertilization of ideas on the focus topic. Discretion and confidentiality are ensured.
The topic of this workshop is Digital Transformation and how to unlock the full potential without reinventing the entire supply chain. Agility, adapting to change and new business models based on sharing are becoming more important than cost savings and lead time reductions.
Today’s manufacturers face a constant challenge of balancing supply chain efficiency with the investment placed in their current B2B platform. To try and get a better understanding whether the digital transformation of your B2B integration impacts the performance of a supply chain, the key goals and we will explain what happens at which stage.
The benefit of the Control Towers group is that members make the difference with their experience. The interactive break out sessions in small groups are always the most valued sessions when we request for feedback. We hope to welcome you or one of your colleagues at this event!
