On Day 1 of the Marcus P2P Process Owners Strategy Workshop we co-presented a case study together with one of our international clients, Dantrade (a Danone Subsidiary), on succeeding global on-boarding of suppliers. In our session at the Marcus event we talked about shared services, challenges of global on-boarding of suppliers and dealing with contradictions.
