German Account Executive, Supply Chain Collaboration
Quyntess is currently planning to add an Account Executive (m / f / d) Supply Chain Collaboration to the German team with a focus on mechanical and plant engineering (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers. The Account Executive reports to the Business Development and Sales Director.
Your tasks:
- Acquisition of new customers and support for existing business customers from the mechanical engineering and plant construction (OEMs) and tier 1 supplier sectors (manufacturers of component and special parts)
- Qualified tracking of the leads from the contacts generated in workshops and breakfast sessions
- Expansion of long-term and partnership relationships with business customers in this segment
- Identification and tracking of cross and upselling potential with these customers
- Increase awareness of Quyntess and generate new business contacts via social media networks
- Very close collaboration with presales, marketing and the Quyntess management team
- Close cooperation and close exchange with the presales and sales managers of the partner companies of Quyntess, especially with Tradeshift as a B2B platform
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from the preparation of the offer to negotiation and conclusion of the contract
Your personal and professional requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) or a comparable training, ideally with a focus on IT, supply chain management or economics
- Experience in solution-oriented sales in the B2B environment acquired from an IT software provider or IT service company
- Ideally, knowledge of the supply chain and / or EDI environment of the manufacturing industry
- High interest in digitization and transformation projects in the cloud environment
- You feel comfortable in customer conversations on the phone and in personal contact down to the decision-maker level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and structured work
- They appreciate working in a professional and international environment with high social skills
- Results and success-oriented work in a team as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivated
- They show a high willingness to travel within Germany and to the regular team meetings in Europe
- You are fluent in German and English, spoken and written
