Particularly for strategic and tactical solutions, Quyntess has created a unique service concept. Our Service Bureau consists of a team of specialized consultants who engage with customers to leverage both our experience in the industry and the power of packaged application software. We offer this service in close cooperation with the software vendor.

In most cases you will want to run the operational software applications such as APS or SCEM internally or externally at a data center. Given the frequency of the planning cycles and the mission-critical aspect of these applications, this is generally the best option.

However, for strategic and tactical solutions this option will not always suffice. Strategic and tactical solutions have a lower planning frequency and the subjects to be studied often vary. On top of that, the complexity of these software applications and the underlying solver technologies require a skill level that many customer organizations cannot offer.

We run our studies on a secure hosted environment from our data center in the Netherlands . In other words, you can benefit from the many advantages of our tools, without any worries about installation, maintenance or data integration.
