Quyntess is not a system integrator, but we do have a team of technical experts that assist our customers in the implementation process. By design our supply chain solutions always interact with other transactional business systems, such as ERP, TMS and WMS. Without integration to other systems a supply chain solution cannot succeed.
Our Integration Engineers offer many years of experience in integrating decision support systems with transactional systems. They are familiar with different methods and different technologies (such as Flat Files, C-API, EAI, Java, XML, Oracle PL/SQL and SQL*Loader). Technologies overview
They have experience in applying the correct technology to each type of interface, to ensure that volumes can be handled, response time requirements are met, and the applications themselves continue to function correctly. They also know all about error handling, data cleansing and benchmarking.
In many projects our integration experts work hand in hand with our customers' internal integration specialists or with outside contractors, such as a system integrator managing the delivery process. The appropriate balance of expertise is always determined on a case-by-case basis. In some cases our consultants are only required to give occasional advice, in others they are involved in turn-key projects.
