Optimal Performance Path Methodology
The Industry Consultant is responsible for the implementation of the Optimal Performance Path (OPP) Methodology for the duration of our engagement with a customer. This methodology uniquely combines the implementation of supply chain solutions with an impact analysis of the financial and operational benefits for the customer. Our Value Opportunity Assessment (VOA) enables us to measure the benefits the solution has to offer, both in operational and financial terms, and demonstrate these upfront. In this way, the customer has a secure ROI case and impact analysis.

Application Consulting & Training

Our Application Consultants are typically specialized in one or more functional application areas (Solutions). They have managed implementations of this kind of software for numerous customers. The Application Consultant brings to the table a deep understanding of the application itself and the options for configuring it so as to adapt it to a customer's needs. This consultant is normally responsible for product training, guiding the customer through the configuration process and user acceptance testing.

With the implementation blueprints we provide, the Application Consultant will help you quickly implement the application, employing useful templates for business processes definition, use case definitions, user guides and testing procedures. In other words, you will never have to re-invent the wheel, lose time and money in the roll-out process, or risk overlooking caveats

Contrary to many software vendor consultants, Quyntess consultants don't stop where the application functionality ends. Each Application Consultant is also the liaison officer for our back-office team. This team can assist, if so required, in system integration, customization or even bespoke development. The Application Consultant supervises the overall consistency and system acceptance testing phase.
