Lean forwardLean Forward Management Concept (LFMC)
Together with our partner Crossgate we have developed a Lean Forward Management Concept (LFMC) assessment methodology to benchmark your processes. In a next step the result of the LFMC workshop will be applied in what we call a Triple Jump improvement process, consisting of 3 stages. We help our customers and their business partners reducing this waste and have documented savings of 0,36-1,35% of the customer top line revenues. Originating from proven practices in the Automotive industry, especially the Toyota Production System, companies have adopted Lean Manufacturing initiatives. These aim to rationalize internal processes through reduction of waste caused by non-value added activities and paper controlled processes. Where the positive results of Lean in manufacturing environments are well documented, companies struggle to implement the same principles when dealing with business partners in the Supply Chain. This causes what we call Externally Induced Waste.
